(7) We promise shipping Dress within 10-15 days(not bulk orders), usually shipped by Aliexress standard shipping way and most countries are free. Delivery Time: 15-30 working days to major destinations not remote countries. If you need urgent, please contact us to ship by fast shipping(like DHL Fedex…), but this need you pay extra fee otherwise we will insist shipping by post air mail.
Return & Refund
(1) Please contact us with 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your items, please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
(2) Items returned must be in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear or odors.
(3) Return shipping charges will be buyer's responsiablity. It is buyer's responsiablity to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.
(4) Just quality problems or size mistake, we accept returning.
Making Time and Shipping
(1) Most orders will be shipped out within 3-7 business days upon payment confirmation. If the dress is in stock, it can be ship out within 48h. Normally, dress will take about 3-10 days. But sometime that needs more, and if you urgent need it, please let us know in advance, we can make it for you first.
(2) Normal default shipping method is AliExpress Standard Shipping. The European and American countries shipping normally takes 7 to 35 business days. Most of the items will be delivered in 3 weeks, while there will be a delay for something we can not control (such as the bad weather). Other countries and regions usually takes 30-60 days.
(3) If you are urgent you can choose the express shipping, for example DHL, the normal that needs 3-10 days, but some country need more days, like Chile, Brazil, Argentina and so on. Or you can also choose the Seller's Shipping Method that needs about 5-10 days. But some countries need more days.
(4) If you are urgent, please remark us when you need, we will do everything to help you. We will try our best to send the parcel via the shipping method without customs fee, but there is no shipping method without customs fee for some country, then you may need cooperate with the customs clearance and pay for the possible customs fee. We usually declare a low price to avoid customs fee. thank you for your understanding.
